This group has been running for a two years and is based loosely along debating lines.
The first meeting is organised by Sue who allocates discussion topics to get us thinking and speaking, thus allowing each member to 'get started'.
We have discussed topics such as 'should sex work be legalized', 'should voting be compulsory', 'is AI a force for good', 'is political correctness stifling freedom of speech'………….the range of opinions is always diverse. The discussion allows and encourages everyone chance to express their ideas. It's a lot of fun too!
